4th of July

The 4th of July is a BIG deal in little Soda Springs, Idaho. Every year its an exciting time for us to come spend time with our family. Mike, Michelle, Heather, and I ran ran the 5k this year. Kudos to Heather who is pregnant!

 Mike took 3rd place this year. One of his goals in life is to actually be in shape for the 4th of July fun run so he can win it...just once!

 The kids also did a 1k race. Every year Hyrum gets excited to run his "July race." We even practiced before the big event. They all did great and had a fun time. Most of the cousins ran. Rachel, Brandon, Kiley, Hallie, Ester, Miriam, Kaitlynn, Alexa, Gracie, Landon, Braxton, Wesley, and Maddie.

 The best part about the 4th of July is the parade! So much candy....its ridiculous! The kids  have so much fun and get a great sugar high!

 

 After the parade we took the kids to the park for some fun! They laughed the whole time they were on this thing. It was worth the waiting in line.
