Canning Season!!!!

The other day I had some neighbors ask me if I wanted to pick their apples off of their tree. So I called Teresa immediatly and told her about my fabulous offer. So I picked 4 boxes of green apples and took them to Teresa's house to make some delicous applesauce. We were SHOCKED when we got 40 jars of applesauce out of those 4 boxes. So a big thanks to Teresa for letting me come and can with her. We also have one more apple tree that Teresa's friend offered to us so we have more to come. And up next...peaches!
