Lake Powell

Lake Powell....What an amazing trip! My kids are still begging to go back and we went in September! I however, was feeling quiet quizzy and had some back pain most of the trip (I had suspected I was pregnant but wasn't positive yet.) But pretty much the whole trip was so amazing and worth it.
The uncles made a homemade slip n' slide on our last destination. The kids loved it.

This is what things looked like everyday!

Of course we had bingo and crafts to go along with the water playing.

Hyrum kept giving garrett kayak rides.
Our first day we got to see this beautiful rainbow right from our boats.

Going off the slide on the back of the boat.

Luke did really great during the trip too. He took nice long naps and loved playing in the sand.

Homemade rockets. Mike brought these for the kids that he had from the scouts. The kids had fun shooting up the rockets as high as they could.

Mike also decided to tape Zac and Alicia to the chair. The "Love" birds.
Our second stop had this awesome little cliff that the kids could jump from. We only stayed for one day because there was no beach but the kids loved the cliff (small) jumping. At this spot we also took turns to go see the "hole in the rock." It was pretty amazing to see what those pioneers did to get their wagons down a steep steep cliff.

Another fun things the kids did was alot of hiking. There was some pretty awesome hiking spots. It was nice to have gone is september because otherwise the rocks would have been so so hot.

Mike getting up for just a quick moment on once ski!

Adams "thumbs up". We couldn't find his life jacket one morning so I asked him what it looked like. He didn't say anything he just gave me the "thumbs up" sign. I just laughed because it was indeed a "thumbs up" life jacket.

These boys were very adventurous. They built lots of fun things.
