I had forgotten how messy, disorganized, chaotic, and crazy moving can be. We started packing monday morning. The Elders quorum came on wednesday night and we loaded up the trailers. Thursday we cleaned, that night the KOA residents threw us a goodbye party. Friday morning we pulled out and headed for Idaho. When we got to the hoover dam they told us that our vehicles were uninspectable and we had to turn around adding on an extra 4 hours to our trip. ( I don't know why I didn't listen to a friend of mine who told me to go the other way to begin with.) Saturday at 1:30 a.m. we pulled into the Rupp residents (mike's parents) and slept until 7:00 a.m. Saturday at 9:00 a.m. we unloaded, shoving everything into our house, then headed back to the Rupp residents and slept for the next two days. It was quite the adventure. And now being Friday we finally have our new house in its proper place. And we LOVE our new house. Hyrum keeps telling us over and over how much he loves it. We have grass again and a fun little yard. He is constantly riding his bike. I will miss our old lifestyle and our house but on to a new chapter of our lives. A HUGE thanks the the Grandpa and Grandma Rupp for their efforts in helping us move. To come...pictures of our new house.

I hate moving, too! I almost shudder when I think about it. It is so nice, though, when you get all moved in and put together! Glad you made it ok. Now we need to get together!
