Fun pictures!!

Grandpa Moldenhauer came to mesa for a conference so we were able to spend a few hours with him. Hyrum had such a good time, he warmed up to grandpa in no time. He really didn't know his grandparents (on my side) too well just because they left for their mission when he was little. But he looks at their picture often and knew right away that it was "GRANDPA." We love you grandpa and it was fun to see you. Don't worry mom, we will see you in 6 months!!

EASTER

Easter was alot of fun this year. Mainly because Hyrum could understand everything (for the most part.) When we were coloring eggs he would stick his whole hand in the color, needless to say he had some very colorful hands we all was said and done.

The egg hunt. Hyrum actually got to do three egg hunts. One with our ward, one with the KOA, and one at home. We used our colored eggs at home and Mike hid them in various easy places. He LOVED it. He kept wanting to do it more and more. I think we ended up doing 3 egg hunts at our house. The next morning when he woke up he kept looking around, and I finally realized he was looking for eggs. So we had to have a talk about Easter being over for the year. It was really cute.

And he loved the result of the egg hunts, CHOCOLATE!

Grandpa Godfrey brought his train to the KOA to use for the summer. And its been a huge hit. It was here just in time for our easter get together and Hyrum laughed the whole time he was riding around. Now every time we mention anything to do with a train he wants to go outside and take a ride. He is getting very good at saying the word "train." And its turning into a daily activity.

I just had to add this picture. Isn't he so handome? Mike found his old suspenders from when he was little so we put them on Hyrum and he just walked around all morning with his suspenders.

Ok so my kids had no concept of hunting for eggs. We tried, but they were wondering what was going on the whole time and just weren't into it! I'm glad you guys had fun though!
