Accident Prone!

Yesterday Hyrum was outside with his Dad, and his Dad was talking with another man. So Hyrum decided to climb onto the golf cart and play around (which he has done quite often). Mike said all of a sudden he looked over and Hyrum was coming right at him with the golf cart. And it slammed right into the back of our car. Hyrum actually hit pretty hard and we arent' sure if he tried to get off really fast and fell onto the ground or if the impact of the crash made him fall out. But he is fine and has a few bruises and scratches to show for it. But thats not all, that night he was home with dad (go figure) and he tripped and fell onto the vent, the part where you can turn to close or open it. And our vents are pretty old fashioned so the turny thing is really sharp and he has yet another bruise on his head. I'm afraid people are going to think we are abusive parents. We are just glad that it was very minor injuires. We are coming to find that we truly have a boy now. He is climbing everywhere and getting into everything. Its fun and we love it, but its very busy too!

Here is our tiny scratch. Mike said we was quite surprised that it didn't do more damage because it hit REALLY hard. The guy that was with him also said that he couldn't believe how well Hyrum handled it.

And thank goodness for the Binky, he found comfort! We just hope he learned his lesson and won't get on the golf cart by himself! Ya right!!
