Luke Edward Rupp

Luke Edward Rupp joined our family on June 26, 2013. He was 6lbs 9oz and 19 1/2 inch long. He was born in Pocatello, ID. A healthy strong boy! Everything went smooth as could be. Except for the fact that my poor doctor had a kidney stone and we had to postpone surgery one day. But in the long run it all worked out. Luke came out screaming and he showed us what great lungs he has!

I will tell you that staying in the hospital for two nights does have its perks. We were treated so great! Our nurse was so sweet and was so helpful. Always giving me great advice! The one down side with this go round was the pain. It seemed to be a lot worse this time then the last time. In fact I remember not feeling much pain with Adams caesarian. However time does make you forget things! But luckily after a week I was feeling much better.

Its always such a sweet experience to hold my babies for the first time. He has already brought so much joy to our family.
The boys did great meeting their brother for the first time. They were very gentle and loving.

Our first family photo. We are now officially a family of five!
On our way home. It was a little stressful this go round. I have never had to travel very far with my newborns. But this time we drove from Pocatello to Soda Springs. But he did great. Its always more nerve racking for me then anyone else. But we are so blessed to have him as part of our lives.
