Our crazy holiday!!!

Bear Lake
New Years Day
Me and my sister!!! We had so much fun going up to the "sinks" to snowmobile and sled.
Hyrum's favorite part was the snowmobile. He didn't want to sled much but he loved going over and over on the snowmobile.

It was fun...and cold!
Adams Birthday
My little boy turned 1 on Dec. 30th. I can't believe how this year flew by. We had so many good changes happen in the year 2010. Its crazy to see how big my little guys is now.
He LOVED the cake. It was quite funny to see him go from touching it to devouring it...so cute.
If you notice in this picture Hyrum is holding back Adam's hand to not touch the cake. He did not like that...notice the next picture.
We bought Adam a ball popper. My sister-in-law had one and every time we go to their house he just laughs so hard playing it..so we thought it was the perfect birthday gift. I also think Hyrum likes it just as much.
Christmas 2010
All the Rupp grandkids...cuties!!

Mike's Christmas gift....a Boise State hat. He had been begging for one in so long....he finally reaped his rewards!
Santa Clause brought a new bike to Hyrum. He can't wait to start riding it. Its still too cold and icy to ride now so we will be looking forward to warm weather.
Adam sporting his new toy!!
Mike's second gift. I made him a shirt quilt. With the help of family and friends I was able to pull it off without Mike knowing it. They are all his old t-shirts from high school. Many many many jazz shirts! Mike got me a very awesome gift. He surprised me early with a new bow for my violin. I was playing in church a few weeks early so he let me open and use it. Actually....funny story. I saw the box under the tree and my first thought was..."you have got to be kidding me...mike bought me wind shield wipers." We were talking about how we needed them for the car so I really thought he had bought me them. How heartless of me. When I opened the gift I can't even explain my reaction. It was just awesome. My husband is amazing!

DisneyWorld
In october my grandma called me up with a sweet surprise. She was taking all the younger grandkids to Disneyworld. I barely made the cut and we were very grateful. We left our kids with grandma and grandpa Rupp (which we are still so grateful for them) and went off on a two day three night adventure.

It all started when we were driving the the airport. Mike was talking about how much he wanted to watch the Boise State game which happened to be the exact time we were flying in the air. Its a four hour flight so he wouldn't be able to see any of the game. He said, "I just wish that we could have our own personal T.V's on the plane then I could watch the whole thing. Well...I bet you can guess what happened. We got on the plane and we all had our own personal T.V.'s. Not only that, FREE Satellite T.V. So Mike got his wish come true. He was even sitting next to a Utah fan so they had some fun laughs. And I got to watch HGTV the whole way. It was quite a nice flight.

When we arrived we were able to meet up with all of my cousins and aunt and uncles. They had been there for a few days so we got the insight on what rides we needed to hit the most. We decided it was best to skip Magic Kingdom because we can do that with our kids in Cali so we hit hollywood studios really good on thursday and then epcot and animal kingdom the next day. We were exhausted when it was all over but we had a great time. It was nice to get away with my hubby for a few days.
This was really funny. We were taking pictures with all of the characters and I went to go shake goofy's hand. He took me a gave me a big hug. Mike went up and said jokingly, "Hey, thats my wife." So it looked like goofy was going to give him a hug and then he grabbed his armed and walked him over to the exit and pointed to the letters "E-X-I-T". It was hilarious.

We are standing in front of "lovers lane." (thats what the sign says)

Our lovely family reunion!!!

We had to take this one for Hyrum.
This is a picture of a picture. But its also my all time favorite ride. "Rockin Roller Coaster" it goes from 0-60 in a matter of seconds and then your in the dark going through all these roller coasters. Its awesome!!!!

I didn't know about this...you can actually audition for american idol. All the contestants that get to the top go to a finale at the end of the night. If you win then you get to go to a real american idol audition and be in the front of the line. I guess last season there was a guy that made it in disneyworld and made it to the top 5. Unfortunantly, none of us made it be we sure had a great time!

The airplane ride...luxurious!!!!!

DINO HAS BEEN FOUND
I was packing for the trip and I pulled my suitcase out...opened it....and there he was. So I let Hyrum come in and open it. His face was so cute. He got a HUGE smile and just started laughing and he said, "My dinosaur!" It was perfect timing especially since we were leaving our kids for the first time. I think he has slept with Hyrum every night since he has been found. He has been very missed.

Adam wanted to come with us on the trip!!!

Misc. Pictures
My Adam is getting very close to walking.
I just had to take a picture of this. After sunday we had all our shoes lined up...it was just cute.

That was quite the epistle my dear woman! I still can't believe Rachel would not look at the camera for the pictures...little rascal. After seeing Adam in his sweet Santa suit, I cannot believe we didn't have Adam and Ellie wear the set together like we did for Hyrum and Rachel. Oh well....I guess next time we have kids at the same time we can make it happen! Miss you guys!

What a fun trip you got to take! It's sad to leave the kids sometimes but also nice to have time w/your hubby.
