We did it!!!

I actually did it!!!! I ran a Half Marathon!!! Of course, my husband beat me by a LONG shot, but I wasn't doing it for time I just did it to finish! I was actually quite surprised by my time. My goal was to do it in 2 1/2 hours. Well I did it in 2 hours and 19 minutes. However, my husband beat me by a full hour. His "Official time" was 1 hour and 25 minutes, which put him in 3rd place overall. I couldn't believe it. He is being very humble about it, so everyone let him know how awesome he did. We were so glad to have had Mike and MaChel come up and do it with us. MaChel was brave and pushed both kids while she ran her 5K. I was actually very impressed with her time and having to push both kids on very rocky ground. Thanks MaChel for putting up with an extra 25 pounds.

We decided to stay the night in Laughlin so we wouldn't have to get up any earlier than we had to and let the kids sleep in a little bit. Our hotel room only had two towels so I used a hand towel to dry Hyrum with, it worked really well. I couldn't stop laughing at how cute he looked, it just fit him so perfectly. He looks like a man!!!

Here are the kids at the restaraunt playing in the water fountain. It was good entertainment.
